Do you support NDIS participants?
Yes. We proudly support NDIS participants, as well as Aged Care and private clients. We work closely with participants, plan managers, and support coordinators to ensure you get the right products covered by your funding.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Comfy Australia is led by an experienced continence nurse. If you are unsure which product to choose, our team can provide practical clinical insight to help you select the right solution from the outset, reducing trial-and-error. Please contact us for personalized guidance.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia, but generally range from 3-7 business days. We will provide tracking details once your order has shipped.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Due to strict hygiene and infection control requirements, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the products are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable. Please see our full Refund and Returns Policy for details.
What if my product is faulty or incorrectly supplied?
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Can I return opened pads or skincare items?
No. For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for opened continence products, personal hygiene items, catheter products, or skincare products unless they are faulty.
