Comfy Australia supplies products to:

- TAC participants,
- aged care clients.
Where products are invoiced to a plan manager, support coordinator, or funding body:
- payment responsibility remains with the participant or authorised funding body,
- orders may be delayed until funding confirmation is received,
- some products may require prior approval before dispatch.
Comfy Australia may communicate directly with support coordinators, plan managers, or care providers regarding product orders and funding approvals.

Payment may be made by:

For account customers and approved organisations, payment terms are strictly as stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in:
