Fresubin 2kcal HP is a nutritionally complete, high-calorie enteral tube feeding formula delivering 2.0 kcal/mL, designed for patients with or at risk of disease-related malnutrition who require high energy and protein intake, particularly in cases of fluid restriction.

With 20% of energy from protein (10 g/100 mL), it provides one of the highest protein contents among standard tube feeds, supporting maintenance of lean body mass, recovery, and muscle preservation during periods of metabolic stress.

The formula is enriched with mono-unsaturated fatty acids and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) to support efficient energy delivery. It also contains EPA and DHA from fish oil, contributing to cardiovascular and metabolic support in line with recommended daily intake levels.

Low in sodium, lactose, and gluten, and fibre-free, it is designed for improved tolerance in patients with complex nutritional needs. Its energy-dense profile allows nutritional targets to be met in a lower volume.
