Formulated for use within Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols, it supports carbohydrate loading prior to surgery to help improve postoperative outcomes, including reduced insulin resistance and improved recovery. It can be safely consumed up to 2 hours before anaesthesia, helping reduce pre-operative fasting time and improve patient comfort by minimising hunger, thirst, and weakness.

Each bottle provides 25.2 g of carbohydrate derived from maltodextrin, offering a low-osmolality energy source that supports faster gastric emptying and pre-surgical metabolic preparation.
